Luminous encounters
In this series I project elemental images, color, or hand drawn textures onto the body while the model moves in reaction to projected light. The encounter between the model, the projections and the artist is an exploration of materials, images, and meanings. By placing the figure in a mysterious space of projected light, I seek to evoke the spirit realm and human archetypes. The images speak of the beauty, resilience, and vulnerability that all people share.
